Hiring Practices

  • AZ Power Inc. provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, disability, marital or veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other legally protected status.

  • AZ Power Inc. participates in E-verify program, which will be used upon hiring to verify the work eligibility.

  • AZ Power Inc. does not accept resumes from agencies or headhunters that have not signed a formal fee agreement or contract. Any resume received from an unapproved agency, headhunter or recuiting vendor will be considered unsolicited and AZ Power Inc. will not be obligated to pay a contingent or referral fee.

  • AZ Power Inc. retains received resumes for a duration of one year. AZ Power Inc. may contact candidates regarding current or future opennings that the candidate qualifies. Any information received during the application process will not be used other than for the hiring process, nor will be disclosed to third party. There is one exception to this policy. AZ Power, Inc. may coordinate with its subsidary and collaberation sites during the hiring process of certain positions that serves the common interests of AZ Power and aformentioned sites. The resumes received for such positions will be shared with the third party site for evaluation. The informations contained in such resumes will further be under the custodian of the third-party and will be regulated by the third party's privacy policy.
